Date of birth (for age-appropriate content and parental consent)
Sport, position, level, and athletic goals
Session notes, assessment responses, and course progress
Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and personalize coaching services
Track your progress and tailor programs to your needs
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Send session reminders, progress updates, and relevant communications
Improve our platform and coaching methodology

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe — for secure payment processing
Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication
Vercel — for hosting our platform

All service providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

4. Minors and Parental Consent

Athletes under 18 may use our platform with parental or guardian consent. Parents/guardians may provide a contact email during onboarding for communication purposes. We take extra care to protect minor athletes' data and limit collection to what is necessary for coaching services.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and export your personal data (via Settings > Export Data)
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Opt out of marketing communications

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
